Position : HR Officer
 
JobLocation: Bangalore 
Job Description:
  • Handlingthe entire recruitment cycle and sourcing candidates of suitable caliber fromvarious job portals as per the requirement across all levels
  • Conducting walk-in for closing down the bulk requirements in time
  •  
  • Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to ascertain theircompetencies, skills and aspirations based on work, position, salary andrelocation
  • Screening resumes to qualify ideal profiles on set parameters by using owndiscretion to qualify deserving profiles thus justifying the breach of givenparameters
  • Preparing job descriptions and also posting the requirements on the job portals
  • Scheduling technical interviews with technical heads and follow up on thefeedbacks
  • Handholding the candidates starting from interview process and during offerstage to till joining.
  • Taking requirements from respective department heads with management approvaland making strategies to fulfill them
  • Handling Online test for shortlisted Candidate and Negotiating the Offer forshortlists and taking care of joining formalities as well
  • Vendor Management
  • Initiating Employee Engagement Activities across all divisons.
  • Scheduling & Visiting branches across Karnataka state.
Job Specification:
  • Candidate should have minimum of 1-3 Years of experience in HR Recruitments preferably into Banking & Financial Services.
  • Candidate should be a Post Graduate MBA-HR/PGDM(HR)
  • Candidate should possess good communication skills in English Hindi & Kanada ( Mandatory)
  • Candidate should be savy in accessing Job portals.
  • Candidate should be experienced in Campus Drives & Bulk Hiring through Job Fairs.
